So many things have changed in the world, and at OTB too! Please read the information below thoroughly.
NEW COVID-19 Safety Practices: What we are doing to ensure your safety at OTB:
- We will only offer classes three days a week in the beginning, and only 2-3 classes a day to reduce exposure risk.
- Only one teacher per day to reduce exposure risk.
- An industrial HEPA Air Filter will be utilized in the classroom.
We feel confident that we can resume the program safely using these safety precautions. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Ellen at email@example.com.
What are my payment options for classes at the Center?
There are a few ways to pay for your OTB classes. 1) You may purchase a Day Pass (one class) for $31 (new pricing), and pay as you go; 2) You can purchase a “Bulk Class Package”. Please call the Center for more information about this. Pricing is available for 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 blocked classes at a discounted price. Find details on Class Pricing here.
What if my Center class is canceled by OTB?
If we have to cancel a class for issues pertaining to plumbing, a sick teacher, etc., any unforeseen circumstances, we will return your class back to your queue to use at a later date.
What if I am the only person registered in a class? Does the class get canceled?
If you are the only person signed up for a class, we will notify you and give you the option of switching to a different day/time when there are more students attending. We are also happy to offer you a private class; it’s up to you.
What is your sick policy?
We have a very strict sick policy. All the teachers are trained on how to handle a situation if a child is visibly sick in class. We do not allow children in class who are sick and/or contagious. We encourage parents to call us if they have questions about incubation periods and symptoms. We will ask a parent/child to leave class if we feel they are ill. However, on that note, we also do not consider coughing, sneezing or a runny nose an automatic sign of illness all the time. Each situation is individually assessed. However, since COVID, we are much more pragmatic and cannot allow any child showing any type of symptoms of any illness to remain in the class.
What is the late policy?
If you have registered for a class, there is a 10-minute grace period which we honor, where your space in class is reserved. If 10 minutes have passed, and you have not called into the front desk to tell us you will be arriving late or are on your way, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. Our front desk number is (747) 255-7599.
If you have any other questions about sessions that may not be addressed here, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (747) 255-7599 and we will be happy to assist you.
